Whole Harvest Health

Website terms

A clear foundation for using this site.

These terms govern use of wholeharvesthealth.com, its free educational resources, and its consultation-scheduling links.

Effective dateAugust 28, 2026

The essential point

Whole Harvest Health provides nutrition education, holistic lifestyle support, and nutrition consulting. Website content is general education. It is not medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

01 · Agreement

Using this website

These Website Terms are an agreement between you and Whole Harvest Health. By using this website or requesting its free guide, you acknowledge these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit the guide form.

You must be at least 18 years old to submit the guide form or schedule a consultation. A minor may use public educational content only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

02 · Educational scope

Education is not medical care

Emily Liepe, RN, NTP provides nutritional education, holistic lifestyle support, and nutrition consulting. Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical condition or disease.

Website information and the free guide are general and are not a substitute for advice from a physician or another qualified health professional who knows your circumstances. Do not disregard or delay professional medical advice because of website content.

Emergency notice: This website, email, and consultation scheduler are not emergency services. Call 911 or seek appropriate emergency help if you may be experiencing an emergency.

No professional relationship through the website

Visiting the site, downloading a guide, sending an email, or booking an introductory consultation does not by itself create a nurse-patient, clinician-patient, fiduciary, or other professional treatment relationship. Any later paid service will be governed by a separate written agreement and scope.

03 · Consultations and communications

The introductory consultation

The current introductory consultation is described as a free 20-minute Zoom conversation. Availability, confirmation, rescheduling, and meeting details are handled through Calendly and related communications. A booking is not guaranteed until confirmed.

No payment is requested for the introductory consultation. Any future paid offering, refund terms, or cancellation terms must be disclosed separately before purchase.

Submitting the free-guide form requests delivery of that resource. Optional promotional email is sent only if you separately choose it. Providing a phone number through the guide form does not authorize marketing texts, prerecorded calls, or automatically dialed calls.

04 · Acceptable use and ownership

Use the site responsibly

You may use the website and free guide for your own personal, noncommercial education. You may not:

  • Interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or introduce malicious code.
  • Use automated tools to overload, scrape, or misuse the site or its forms.
  • Copy, sell, republish, or create commercial derivatives of site materials without written permission.
  • Misrepresent your identity or submit another person’s information without authority.

Unless otherwise stated, the site’s text, visual design, logos, and original materials belong to Whole Harvest Health or are used with permission. Limited personal use does not transfer ownership.

Third-party services

The website may link to Calendly, Zoom, and other external services. Whole Harvest Health does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, or privacy practices. Their own terms apply when you use them.

05 · Disclaimers and responsibility

No promised outcome

Nutrition and lifestyle experiences differ from person to person. Whole Harvest Health does not promise a particular health, financial, or other result from the website, guide, or introductory consultation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and free materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted access, error-free content, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whole Harvest Health and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or free materials, or from inability to use them. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

06 · General terms

Changes, law, and contact

Whole Harvest Health may update the site or these terms. The effective date above will change when revised terms are published. Continued use after publication means the revised terms apply to later use.

These terms are governed by Colorado law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
