Meet Emily
I created Whole Harvest Health to help people sort through nutrition information and choose habits that fit their actual schedules.
My approach brings together registered-nurse experience and nutritional therapy training. We start with what is already happening in your day. Then we choose one useful adjustment and test it. The goal is a plan you understand and can follow.
