Whole Harvest Health

Your information

Privacy, explained clearly.

This policy describes what Whole Harvest Health collects through this website, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Effective dateAugust 29, 2026

The short version

We collect only the contact information you choose to provide, use it to deliver the guide and related welcome email or respond to you, and do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. The website does not use advertising analytics.

01 · Information collected

Information you provide

When you request the free guide, Whole Harvest Health collects your first name, email address, and phone number. If you contact us or schedule a consultation, we also receive the information you choose to provide in that communication or booking.

Scheduling and meetings

Consultation links lead to Calendly, and scheduled meetings may use Zoom. Those providers collect and process information under their own privacy policies and settings.

Basic technical information

Our hosting provider may automatically receive standard server-log information, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and date and time, to deliver and secure the website.

Local storage

After the guide form is successfully submitted, the website stores a small access flag on your device so you do not have to enter your information every time. It does not contain your name, email address, or phone number.

Please do not submit sensitive health information. The public guide form and ordinary email are not designed for medical histories, diagnoses, treatment details, insurance information, or emergencies.

02 · Use

How information is used

  • Deliver the requested guide, send one related welcome email, and remember guide access on your device.
  • Respond to questions and consultation requests.
  • Operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect legitimate rights and safety.
  • Send occasional promotional email only when you separately choose that option. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Providing a phone number does not authorize marketing texts, prerecorded calls, or automatically dialed calls. Whole Harvest Health will not use the guide form for that purpose without separate express consent.

03 · Sharing

When information may be shared

Information may be provided to vendors that help operate the business, such as Hostinger for website hosting and storage, Kit for the requested welcome email and separately chosen email updates, Calendly for scheduling when you use its service, Zoom for online meetings, and email providers for communications. Only first name and email address are sent to Kit through the Five Tips form; the phone number remains in the private website record. These providers process information for their services and under their own terms and privacy practices.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect rights or safety, or complete a business reorganization with appropriate protections.

Whole Harvest Health does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.

04 · Choices

Your privacy choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information maintained by Whole Harvest Health, or withdraw consent for future optional marketing email, by contacting emily@wholeharvesthealth.com. We may need to verify your request and may retain limited information when required by law or necessary for legitimate recordkeeping.

You can remove the guide-access flag by clearing site data in your browser. You can also choose not to use Calendly and contact us by email instead.

Where a privacy law applies, you may also have rights to obtain a portable copy of information or appeal a decision about a request. Whole Harvest Health does not currently sell personal data, use it for targeted advertising, or use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

05 · Retention and security

Reasonable limits and safeguards

The private website guide-request log is retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is reasonably needed for an active relationship, a legal obligation, or a documented request. Records submitted through the guide form are stored in an access-restricted location outside the public website directory. A limited Kit subscriber record may remain until you unsubscribe or make a verified deletion request, subject to legally required suppression and recordkeeping.

Whole Harvest Health uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information collected. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the guide form.

Health privacy

This website policy is not a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. If future services require sensitive health information or a separate legally required notice, you will be given instructions and applicable notices before that information is collected.
